A husband in my ward at church has battled cancer, like, four times now? Yeah, it kept coming back and all that. He has his hair now, so I think he's gotten the treatment.

My grandfather died last year of lung cancer. It was hard watching him become really thin and weak like that. He refused treatment, so he died rather painfully.

Don't feel sorry for my family. We've done our mourning, we've moved on. But I'll continue to feel sympathy for others who's going through this.

My dad had throat cancer a couple years ago. It was from his job because he was a radiologist since before they had the thyroid protection. He's all good now though!

Aaaaaaaaaaaaand that, is how my mom died. Well, now that I think about it, I think the chemo just lowered her immune system and she caught really bad pneumonia... you get the idea.
