Can you think of a move to go over EQ as ive taught it to Nidoqueen and also another move as i cant get Sludge bomb yet for Victrebell?

If you can't get EQ on Dragonite, go ahead and use both Ice Beam and Thunderbolt.

For Victreebell without Sludge Bomb, you'll want to make a special sweeper. However, there are also other options;

SunnyBeamer
Victreebell @ Leftovers
Modest Nature
Trait: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 Spe
- Sunny Day
- Solarbeam
- Sleep Powder
- Synthesis / Growth

Standard Sunnybeamer. Get HP Fire if you can, it really helps this set (over synthesis). Growth can boost the power of your Beam.

Single Attack RestTalk
Victreebel @ Leftovers
Jolly Nature
Trait: Chlorophyll
EVs: 168 HP / 252 Atk / 88 Spe
- Sludge Bomb
- Toxic
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

I chuckled writing this moveset, Bell is nowhere near bulky enough to pull this off. But hey, might be worth a shot in-game. I also just remembered you don't have Sludge Bomb. So just forget this set -.-

Staller
Victreebell @ Leftovers
Bold Nature
Trait: Chlorophyll
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
- Toxic
- Leech Seed
- Protect / Substitute
- Giga Drain / Razor Leaf / Sludge Bomb

All out stalling, although Venusaur can do it so much better. Toxic+Leech Seed whatever you can, then Protect every other turn. Could run Sub as well, but it'll be broken pretty quickly. Giga Drain gives you even more HP, Razor Leaf can score a critical hit, but Sludge Bomb is stronger and gives better coverage. If you go with SB, go with an Impish Nature.
