It's dragging you down psychologically. Get rid of it and your mind will be set free. Why did I say this? Because other than that, you should have no problem beating the Elite 4 with that team.

Well first you don't have a fight pokemon for the first one
But i think the manetric will solve the problem ( if its a higher lvl )

And a ice pokemon for killing the dragon guy maybe will help...
There was a dragon guy in emerald right???
Or was it changed to steel?

Btw if you have fire red or leaf green catch zapdos... Or just learn manetric thunder

Rudoku was right, your levels are actually higher than what a lot of people (like me) beat them at, like 40-45.

And Articuno: 53

I guess i used VS seeker a lot ( really a lot )
i think i almost battled every trainer 2 times

not for the Pokemon League they don't.

All you need to do is level up some more, and you will be fine.

tbh, I am not sure why people post teams before the Pokemon League. There is never anything useful you can say except "train more".

No point in wasting focus punch you might as well let him keep it. His moveset is fine.

Once you beat the elite four give Alakazam one of the elemental punches. Also which trainer are having problems with.

The Levels on Your pokemon are too low! You have Lv.50 and Lv.40 pokemon you need to stick to 1 50 or 40 or just catch Rayquaza! Hope that helps!
