Capsule in Time: A Pokemon RP (Sign Up)

lokitheodd

Holy Balogney

capsuletime.jpg

It all ended on one summer day, one that started out just like any other. For the Pokemon PC system, it received several new entries, from bred pokemon being placed in a box for the first time, to new trainers capturing their seventh pokemon.

Then, in the afternoon, there were several new absol entries, as the wild pokemon were caught when they flooded into the cities.

They flooded into the cities in herds of black, white and the occasional dot of red. They were crying out messages the humans couldn’t understand, hoping their mere presence would be warning enough.

It wasn’t.

It wasn’t even enough of a warning for the pokemon who could heed their pleas to flee.
Because on that summer day, something terrible happened.

Days, months, years went by for the pokemon in Bill and Bebe’s PC system. They were empty times, full of sleep and slow memories. They were kept alive, kept flawlessly held in time, unaging, untouched.

Then, a special programming line activated the machines en masse. Bill, in the event of a trainer’s death wanted a failsafe that would release their pokemon, instead of being stuck in his PC forever. Legal issues prevented him from programming this to occur within ten years, thirty years, or even fifty years.

One hundred years from being accessed, from having any contact at all, and the pokemon were being released.

Tired machines, covered in dust and sand, or plant life, or even underwater groaned and glowed with life for the first time in a century.

The pokemon in PCs were released.

They found themselves in an unfamiliar world.
Alone.

And in danger.

The playful, joyous world they knew of safe battles and adventures with young people was gone.

Now humans lead flocks of pokemon, breeding them as violent tools to fight one another, desperately, for what little resources they have. Giant feral pokemon prey on humans and smaller pokemon alike.

Nature itself is now a foe, with storms of sand, lightning and ice sweeping across the world.

On that summer day, the world ended.

But one hundred years later, for the pokemon kept safe, it has begun again.

---
The main point of this plot is to survive, and eventually discover how and why the world ‘ended’ the way it did.
You may join either as a human or as a pokemon, though in this case pokemon are preferred.
I will often be playing as NPCs in order to trigger events, such as storms, raids or hunts, which the other players will have to deal with.

NEW!!:

Map of Hearthome City

Rules:
1. Be polite
2. Obey the Serebii RP rules.
3. This RP is PG-13, for some violent themes.

The starting setting of this roleplay will be in the ruins of Hearthome city, but all generations of pokemon are welcome (with the exception of the as yet unreleased fifth generation).

Human characters

Villagers
Villagers are humans who have, well, made villages and reside there. The villages tend to be wherever supplies and shelter can be found. Villagers tend to have livestock pokemon, such as Miltank, Tauros and Mareep. They also have general pokemon for defending their villages against raiders. The villagers should either come from the Hearthome ruins, but you can play a separated or migrating villager from another village.

Raiders
Raiders are possibly the descendants of the old Teams of the past, but they are definitely either desperate or cruel people. They often have predatory pokemon, like the Teams of the past, and ride around on fast pokemon in order to hit villagers and travelers hard in order to take their supplies. They can travel in gangs, in pairs or alone.

Pokemon

I have no stance on shinies, so they’re welcome, but please note that legendaries are not allowed for any role, yet.

PC Releases
These are the (un)lucky pokemon who survived the end of the world one hundred years ago. They can be a variety of things. Pokemon that have been bred, waiting to be traded. They could have been party pokemon, put away while their trainer exp shares someone else. They could be wild pokemon caught on the Last Day. It’s up to you.

Wild Pokemon
After the Last Day, many pokemon species were not able to survive. Very prolific or hardy species such as Murkrow or Houndour are now more common, while Hopip or Eevee are almost completely extinct. You can be any species, just acknowledge that some may be rarer than others.
Wild pokemon have had to survive the vicious elements, avoid predators and humans that would either hunt them or force them into brutal servitude.

Villager’s pokemon
(See above villager description) Though you can be the pokemon of a dead or lost villager

Raider’s pokemon

(See above raider description) Though you can be the pokemon of a dead or lost raider

Feral pokemon

These pokemon are hunters, carnivores, of both humans and other pokemon. They are larger than others of their species, and are stronger as well. They can befriend other pokemon, and maybe even humans, but they are called feral for a reason. Carnivorous species only, obviously.

Name: Zel
Faction: PC Pokemon
Species: Absol
Gender: Female
Personality: Like a lot of Absol, Zel is a timid, flakey creature, who avoided humans and other pokemon when she could. She’s actually a bit of a coward, with fights being horrible in her eyes. However, she is kind and can be sympathetic, but most of the time is cold, especially to strangers.
History: On the Last Day, Zel sensed the horrible event that was about to occur. She did not know what it was, only that it was the greatest catastrophe she had ever felt, bigger than a landslide, bigger than a tsunami, bigger than a tornado. It drew her out of the wild and into the city, where she howled at anyone she saw, desperate to get whoever she could to safety..
One trainer who she yowled at promptly sent one of their pokemon to attack her, and before she knew it, she was in a pokeball. Then, the pokeball was moving.
Then, everything was still. For a long time.

Description: Zel has long fur around her neck, and violet eyes.

Name: Joeln
Faction: Villager
Age: 68
Gender: Male
Description: Joeln is one of the elders of the Hearthome ruin village. He is a healthy man for his age, kept in shape by the various hardships, though he has developed a noticeable limp and has taken to using a cane. He generally wears a long, blue, frayed poncho. He has a slim gray beard and long gray hair tied into a loose ponytail. He is proud as far as the villagers go, and fights with a vigor and cynicism that has come with his age.

Personality: Joeln is a firm leader, serious and strict. Where he can lead, he does so with a certain set of rules and serious punishment if disobeyed. He does have a certain softer treatment to the younger members of the village, at least until they become teenagers. Then his treatment becomes noticeably worse.
In the village’s defense, Joeln is suspicious and shrewd, and would even choose to preemptively attack spotted raiders if the other villagers would agree with him.
He is actually quite fond of the power he does have in the village, and can be paranoid if anyone acts as if they would usurp him, something that becomes more and more likely as he moves along in age.

History: Joeln was born in a distant village during a harsh period and suffered as a infant. He was the only one of the year to survive. His family left the village for a better chance at life and eventually made their way to the ruins of Hearthome where he spent his adult years, helping to make the village into a true settlement. He was raised as a hearder, and learned the proper ways to take care of the cattle pokemon.
His mother died of natural causes, while his father was supposedly slain while in a gathering party.

Other: He works as a leader and a teacher in the village, ordering the other herders, and making decisions with the other elders.

Pokemon: Joeln has one pokemon, an elderly Rhydon named Crag.

Name: Crag
Faction Villager
Species: ;112;
Gender: Male

Personality: Crag is very laid back and relaxed, and would be content to spend most of his time sunbathing on the broken concrete of the ruined streets. However, he will do whatever job he’s given without complaint. He’s very slow to anger, though water seems to be the one thing that can get a rise out of him.

History: Crag was found out in the mountains by Joeln’s parents, his mother having virtually tripped over him as he lay among the rocks. His discovery prompted a young Joeln to play with him and Crag returned the friendly gesture with his own. The two eventually became companions and traveled with one another, Crag being a defensive tank and guarding the young man with his life. During a crisis as a collapsing building trapped Joeln, Crag was able to evolve into a Rhydon and dig his way into the ruins to rescue his companion.

Name: James Brenard

Faction: Villager

He is thin and muscular which suit his duties as a villager warrior. He weighs about 195 lbs. and stands about 5''6''.

Personality:He usually is pretty mellow, spending most of his time with his two pokemon or some village children. When he gets in a fight however he becomes serious and precise and generally tries to disarm the opponent. He can choose when he wants to be serious or mellow depending on the situation. If he's ever confronted with a problem he seeks out all the help he can.

History: James was the son of a prominent Trainer and a rich noble mother, at a young age James was taught how to use a spear to fight off enemies who thought they could one up James during a pokemon fight. He was taught this because his mother feared for his safety and wanted him to learn self defense. During the time of the Disaster his parents disappeared with there pokemon and James couldn't find them anywhere. When he gave up looking for them he met up with two pokemon having a dispute and about to fight. He used his fighting abilities to settle the dispute and soon became quick friends with the pokemon. She was getting ready to leave, for she didn't trust the human wholly and was ready to leave when he gave her a broad smile and a farewell nod. this left her stricken for the tamer for he had shown her an act of kindness which she had not received such an gesture before. Tearen the Absol's characters
Name: Pokemon call him "Vitality in Isolation" (Most just call him Vital)

Humans call him "Ravager", "The Dragon", an/or "Devourer of the Weak"

He himself doesn't have a name, but will respond to most.

Faction: Feral

Species: Typhlosion

Gender: Male

Personality: Ravager is, at his most pure, a sadistic, cruel, and dominating. Everything he sees in front of him, is his. If he can't use it, it is burned, and if he can't burn it, it is at least knocked over, destroyed or scorched (sometimes a combination of those). His aggressive behavior has earned him the reputation akin to a sort of local dragon, and is sometimes hunted like one.

Ravager hasn't survived this long in such a harsh environment without learning how to survive. Though he is destructive and chaotic, he is clever and manipulative, often escaping capture by tricking his pursuers into following a false trail or the like. He is evil, and there are some pokemon and humans who admire him for this. His demonic charisma allows him to persuade weaker, more suggestible individuals to scout or kidnap for him.

At the core of his character however, Ravager is a sad, depressed pokemon. This is not out of a sense of lonliness or isolation, such things don't apply to Ravage's Typlohtic mind. No, Ravager is depressed out of a sense of lackluster power. Having an ingrained sense of perspective, Ravager is not content merely having the power of fear over a few tribes. He aims and dreams for more, something more tangible in a sense of power. He does not, however, have any idea how to accomplish more than he already has. It may require cooperation, and idea which raises Ravager's hackles.

History: Ravager was the one off son between a territorial truce settled between a Quilava and Sandslash. Ravager's mother was a troubled individual, often used as a bargaining tool for such occasions, but in this case, the Sandslash kept her after the truce had been made so he could breed stronger offspring. The Sandslash casually killed any cyndaquils that resulted from the breeding, and Ravager had a learn fast or die lifestyle from his very hatching. Ejected from his clutch by his own mother for his safety, Ravager had to huddle in the darkness as he watched his only sister mercilessly gored by his father in front of his eyes. When he had the chance, Ravager barely escaped the burrow, before his own mother could even give him a name.

With no nest to go back to, Ravager, lived in and among the skeletons and corpses of his slain predecessors so he could mask his scent. It was months before the Sandslash moved on from the area, taking Ravager's mother with him. Settling into the frenetic, fast paced world of brush life, he slowly rose through the echelons of nascent power as he conquered his way across the undergrowth of the area, burning a swath of pain and hatred as he went.

By the time he had grown into a Typhlosion, Ravager had earned his known name "Vitality through Isolation", an accurate illustration of his survival method. Due to his tendency to raid and destroy any nest or settlement he finds, Ravager knows he can never stay in one place for too long. Hunting, eating, and sleeping while constantly on the move, Ravager has never made a permanent burrow or bed, and has never made a permanent friend.

Attacks:

Crush Claw
Slash
Flame Wheel
Flamethrower
Smokescreen
Lava Plume

Level: 42

Description:

Due to his heritage, Ravager has claws that are far longer than usual for a Typhlosion, as well as a slightly barbed tail. His plume is usually at least smoldering, but will be burning most of the time. Since he is feral, his features are sharp and strong, with defined muscles and pointed ears.

Rotrum's characters
Name: Shadow Assassin, first named self Shadow
Faction: Wild
Species: Yanmega
Gender: Male

Personality: Shadow is, or would have been in a normal world, a pretty nice and fair pokemon. His view on the world is one of disdain and regret-for some reason feeling remorseful about events long before he was conceived as if he could have done something about it. He tries not to dwell on such negative thoughts and usually the first thing on his mind is Survival. After he makes sure he is alive and well-its usually followed with surverying the area and watching other pokemon and humans interact. Although he sounds quite simple minded, he is actually quite intelligent and often plans things beforehand or at the last minute; if need be he becomes quite desperate or manipulative-breaking his own odd morals.

He is very practical as well as having an odd concience (?)-he never overeats or eats quickly and he tries to scavenge before his namesake kicks in. He is known as the Shadow Assassin, even if he rarely makes a finishing blow, because if his scavenging is unsuccessful he'll find a potential food-stocked pokemon or village, knock out the guard or guards in a single hit and retreat if it does not work, and takes as much as he needs before leaving as silently as he came-his relations long since adapting out the sound of wing flutters in the new environment. He rarely fails as a thief-but he is not proud of it. He is pretty social but he rarely finds any pokemon willing to listen to him in the first place.

He is an observant pokemon and would much rather watch the world around him, listen to legends, and thel ike rather then doing the dirty work and scavenging he ends up doing a majority of the time. He often goes out of his ways to "overhear" tribes of pokemon or villages of humans speaking of conflicting legends of before the event and a mass of contradictions surrounding the event himself.

History: Yanma, as a species, survived through the century due to their number and speed-although the fact that insects as a whole are a very sturdy and adaptive group of creatures contributed as well. Shadow himself was born completely alone in an area that was pockmarked with signs of struggle. The area was scorched with fire and had points of impact that made small craters around. He named himself Shadow for two main reasons. He was born with black as his main color (Normally Green) and dark blue as his secondary color (Normally Red) was the obvious one-the second one was because he was born in a burnt black area as if it was a shadow. He was also born pretty small.

He grew up alone in a miscellaneous tree on the outskirts of what was once Heart Home City. He lived off of a store of food left behind by what he assumed to be a pokemon who lost their way back at the time-suffice to say he figured out what had happened later on. He grew up with an odd view od the world-that he simple lived in an area with bad weather-learning the cold reality of it after the food store went out and he had to start scavenging. Eventually he was broken down to pilfering and that is where most of his training comes from. The act of knocking others out quickly was picked up easily-his body made for stealth and speed and his skills made for quick damage and trickery.

He always tried to make friends-finding the odd person to talk to in some pokemon tribes or those who have settled nearby. One of his favorite activities throughout the past is eavesdropping on tribes or villages when they are talking about something important or even legends and myths. Becasue of this he has a knowledge of many random facts and beliefs-about the dangers of the world to certain pokemon and stories of the past that seem to never find a common point other then some form of horrible event happening in the past. Only recently did he becomea Yanmega-but he continues to livein the hollow of the the same old tree.

Attacks:

Ancient Power
Night Slash
Double Team
Quick Attack
Psychic
Air Cutter

Level: 35
Description: He is black and blue rather then green and red. He also has a metallic frame over the front of his wings-formed with psychic and loose remains of metal he found about. He is oddly small for a yanmega

Pokefan0234's Characters
Name: Daniel “Amrak” Clowes (other nicknames include “Sandstorm”, “Desert Thief”, and “The Mystic Thief”)
Faction: Raider
Age: Unknown; Daniel estimates it to be about 17 years
Gender: Male
Description: Daniel is about over-average height; that is, he isn’t short, but isn’t really tall enough for his height to make a difference. He’s incredibly thin, but by no means is he weak. Though he may appear lanky and void of any muscle, his strength and stamina is amazing. He’s often covered in dirt from head to toe, usually the remnants of his last raid or a training session gone wild. Even so, his brown, scraggily hair is normally clean, even if it is horribly windblown. His eyes – a light brown that almost seems yellow-ish in the right light – are always shining, even when everything about him is darkened.

Daniel owns two main outfits – his normal peasant dress, and his raiding uniform. His peasant attire, which he dawns if he needs to enter a village stealthily and without being attacked, is a painfully plain earthy tone, including a pair of deep brown pants, a lighter brown shirt, and a forest green scarf (which is more like a piece of cloth around his neck, if anything). Along with this outfit is a pair of durable brown boots which he tucks his pants into. The fabric for each piece of his attire is thick and reinforced by sturdy fibers which prevent its tear, while his boots have a leathery feel to them. To complete the outfit, he adds a thin jacket. Unlike the rest of his clothing, this jacket is torn and full of holes. The upside? It has a hood, which not only covers his face but also keeps his head from getting wet in the rain.

His second outfit – his raiding uniform – includes a pair of black pants etched with two lines – yellow and red – along their outer side and a camo-green shirt adorned with mystic, relic-like markings composed of yellow and red etchings. Along his forehead is a pair of handy goggles with orange-tinted lenses that block both sand and rain. His hands are covered by a pair of worn black gloves. On his wrist is a watch – or, rather, the remains of a watch. Even though the strap is worn and it requires some tapping and pounding to get the machine to work, it’s (usually) accurate enough to tell the vicinity of time he’s in.

He always carries with him a bag to carry away raided objects with, and two sharp, different-in-length daggers which he uses like a pocketknife. He also has a lock-picking device in one of his pockets, though he can work without it.

Personality: Even in the midst of hard times, Daniel has always had a relatively cheerful attitude. Whether it be benevolent or malicious, he’ll always be sporting some sort of smile on his face, and can easily see the bright side of the cavern, even when all seems dark. He has a very determined, strict, but not serious leadership style, encouraging his ‘troops’ to work at their fullest potential, but to do so with their hearts set out on the goal. He himself in a hard worker – but in a time of poverty like this, what else can you be?

On the other hand, Daniel is by no means a ‘nice guy’. He’s incredibly vicious and sadistic when he wants to be, burning villages to ashes once he has no use for them. If one of his comrades was injured during a harsh battle and he had the choice to save them or leave, he would leave, no questions asked. In that sense, he can be extremely selfish; he’ll rarely help others unless there’s a reward for his actions. Though his cheerful, optimistic attitude may fool many, he has an overall dark humor and a dark mind.

He may look cheery on the outside, but his ability to snap into rage at any given moment is a thing to be feared. He’s extremely quick tempered, and doesn’t take to criticism kindly. While he is the leader of his own small group, Daniel rarely listens to commands by an authority figure – or any type of figure, for that matter. Tell him to do something, and he’ll probably pretend he didn’t hear a word – or worse.

He doesn’t mind taking risks (if it’s for his own personal gain) – in fact, he enjoys the feeling of adrenaline rushing through his veins. One might call jumping off a cliff stupidity; Daniel calls it courage. In fact, he often associates his dark, violent behaviors with better morals. Just burned down a town of robbers? Think of it as justice.

His battle style is aggressive and uncertain. One moment, him or his Pokémon may be standing a few feet away, completely passive and still. The next, a raving blast of fire suddenly appears and burns everything to the ground. His attacks are quick, powerful, and sudden, like a freak storm. Though his moves are fast-paced and hard to predict, one thing is sure; he rarely ever takes to a defending stance unless needed.

History: Not much is known about Daniel’s early background, even to himself. As long as he can remember, he had always been in the hands of his elderly grandfather, the one who had cared for him in the few short years that the old man lived, and the desert-plain area which had become his home. Memories of his actual parents are nothing but a blur – if such memories even existed at all.

What he does remember, however, is the strict rule of his grandfather’s house. In a time where many were turning to thieving and pillaging, Daniel’s grandfather stood strong. He hated such degrading morals, viewing them as signs of weakness. Strength in these times were important, and if you didn’t have strength – not just physically, but mentally as well – than you were no better than the Feral Pokémon that crawled through the desert.

Daniel lived on these morals, even if he didn’t necessarily believe in them. He could never understand why it was so wrong to take something when you in great need. And the Raiders that attacked the other villages were strong – stronger than the village warriors, anyway. Sure, there were Raiders who fought just for the sheer joy of battle, but not all raiders were bad, were they?

A few days after he turned 10, his grandfather died from a illness that had been clawing at him for a few weeks prior. Seeing as their wasn’t another place to go, Daniel trekked to the closest village which rested in the ruins of Celestic. There, he met a rag-tag team of child bandits like him who called themselves the Apprentice Raiders. At first, he tried to avoid the group and declined any thieving offers they told him about for fear of his grandfather’s stories about the raiders.

But getting food was harder than it seemed. Joining the Apprentices, he quickly learned the skills of thieving and battle and moved up through the ranks at an incredible speed. The more he raided and stole, the less his grandfather’s stories about becoming a bloodthirsty Raider bothered him. Eventually, seeing that he didn’t need the Apprentices firepower with any of his raids, he left the group and went solo.

He named himself Amrak when a village leader had asked for his name after a mistake that had caused his capture. (He escaped, but the name stuck with him.) A few villages have called him “Sandstorm” due to his frequent use of the move Sandstorm, while others had titled him “The Desert Thief” due to his starting Raiding career starting in the desert. Celestic villagers still call him “The Mystic Thief”, a name given to him while he was a part of the Apprentices. (“Mystic” refers to Celestic Town, which supposedly had ‘mystic’ qualities.

Pokemon:

Name: Hesoca
Faction: Raider, once PC
Species: Aerodactyl
Gender: Female
Description: Like most Aerodactyl, Hesoca is entirely covered in rock from wing to wing. However, the stone across her body is smooth, giving her a more effeminate appearance. Her claws, teeth, and the points of her wings have been sharpened for combat. Even her dark blue eyes have a sharp appearance; they always seem to be glaring at something. Her snout is smaller than an average Aerodactyl, though this doesn’t seem to impede her biting abilities.

Personality: Like most Aerodactyl, Hesoca shares an aggressive, carnivorous personality. Agile and powerful, she doesn’t mind getting into an opponent’s face and ripping their heads off. She’s quick to speak and enjoys insulting her foes, sometimes more than actually defeating them. On the other hand, it’s hard to keep her quiet; if there isn’t a battle coming on, she’ll be more than happy to complain about her current status or what others are doing. She can be incredibly stubborn, refusing to take orders from anyone but Daniel (and even then, there aren’t any promises that she’ll do what he says). She also has a ferocious appetite. Small Pokémon beware; lunch is whatever happens to be in her sight.

Her battle style is fast and furious, zipping around the battlefield throwing light, forceful attacks to confuse and stun her opponents, then unleashing all her energy into an unnaturally powerful attack. She tends to leave marks of destruction in her wake; luckily for her opponents, however, she tires quickly. Daniel tends to use her to destroy villages and snatch goods.

History: Hesoca was once owned by a fossil maniac who had brought her and a few other Pokémon back to life. As always, she was stubborn and rarely followed orders, which led her to be thrown into the PC system until the trainer could find something to trade her for. The next thing she remembers? Waking up in a desolate wasteland without a single soul in sight. Her Poke Ball rested in the ruins of some strange shrine – why it was there, she’d never know.

For a year or so, she found food and water by attacking the villagers of Celestic Town and carrying off some of their Pokémon as a reward. People who came near her and her Poke Ball were blasted away. She was free, yes, but not truly; if anyone ever got ahold of her Poke Ball… well, long story short, she’d have a new trainer.

One day, however, the Apprentices visited her nest in order to snatch some gold or jewels that the ‘dragon’ might be hiding. She managed to shoo them all away… or so she thought. When she believed she was alone, she turned around to see Daniel holding the Poke Ball. A few tense seconds later, she was caught.

Though the two didn’t get along at first, (nay, they tried to kill each other at times) Hesoca and Daniel winded up being great partners due to their aggressive styles.

Attacks:
1) Thunder Fang
2) Agility
3) Sandstorm
4) Sky Attack
5) Hyper Beam
6) Stone Edge

Level: 44
Owner: Once a Fossil Maniac, now Amrak (Raider)

Name: Ecabe
Faction: Raider, once Feral
Species: Swampert
Gender: Male
Description: Ecabe’s body is extremely bulky and large, giving him the appearance of a large wall. His arms are thick and log-like, battering down foes, while his legs are enlarged to support his unusual weight (though they aren’t as fast as a regular Swampert). His tailfin is longer and hardened as well, making it easy to use it as a shield. The two fins atop his head are thicker as well; they point outward like two sharp horns.

Personality: Unlike Hesoca, Ecabe relies on instinct; nothing more, nothing less. He isn’t the sharpest crayon in the box – heck, he isn’t even in the box. His focus is strong but without purpose. He is extremely loyal, blindly so, and follows all of Daniel’s orders word for word. Maybe it’s because of his bulky nature (or just his dumb mind turning relatively numb at the thought of pain), but Ecabe feels pain like a Numel; it doesn’t come to him quickly. He can last an incredibly long time from food and water without complaint. In fact, he doesn’t really speak at all; he answers all questions with a nod or shake of his head. His face is normally blank of emotion, though he has shown little emotion during exciting or eventful times.

His battle style involves not so much strength as it does stamina. Using his bulky build as a wall, he soaks up damage and delivers harsh blows once his opponent is fatigued. Often times, he’ll be on the receiving end of an attack, rather than actually attacking. Daniel often uses him as a distraction or a shield, depending on the circumstance.

History: Ecabe came from a family of Marshtomps who relied on animal instinct alone to live in such harsh conditions. (Sound familiar?) Relying on quick decisions rather than thought was the jist of his parents teachings, and he followed them to the bone. Though scavaging was hard and water was few, he learned to use what little they had to the fullest. Also, he gained a penchant for flesh…

Eventually, he evolved from a Mudkip and migrated to the remains of a swamp near the ruins of Pastoria City, where he terrorized both wild and non-wild Pokémon by dragging his prey into the water, never to be seen again. An increase of Feral Pokémon in the area spurred his evolution into a Swampert, giving him a bulky, wall-like build that could absorb great blows. Eventually, he joined Daniel’s team after a harsh battle with Hesoca which left him torn to shreds.

Being the type to listen and obey, it wasn’t long until Daniel and Ecabe became excellent partners in crime, (even if Daniel did take advantage of him at times).

Your human and pokemon applications are accepted. Just be sure to check your spelling in your posts.

I will make the main RP post once we have a few more players.

Tearen the Absol

Carpe Noctem

You may have as many characters as you feel you can handle.

And your application is accepted, and I am impressed with it.

Ice Cold
The last two RPs I joined died before starting and this was interesting..

Ka-Ra-Tay!
Ugh... sorry I didn't get this in sooner (finals and stuff...). I also apologize for its extreme long-ness... O.O

Will we be able to add more Pokemon to our teams during the RPG?

Anyways, here you go!

Personality:
Like most Aerodactyl, Hesoca shares an aggressive, carnivorous personality.

History:
Hesoca was once owned by a fossil maniac who had brought her and a few other Pokémon back to life.

Penguin Trainer
Seems interesting. I'm new to this forum, but not new to roleplaying, so...

Pokemon:
Name: Does not remember, known as "Slasher"
Faction: PC, borderline Feral
Species: Gallade
Gender: Male
Personality: Before the End, he was calm and loyal to his trainer, often remaining a voice of reason. Now, however, he is brutal and short-tempered, emotionally wounded by his Trainer's death. He will do anything to achieve his goals (see Bio).
History: Slasher was very close to his original trainer, seeing as he was a starter for him. He has a chip in his right blade from defending his Trainer from a rouge Scyther. He connected very well with his trainer, helping him defeating every Gym in Sinnoh. Slasher was boxed on the Last Day so his trainer could bring the rest of his teams up to Slasher's level, who was more powerful than the rest of the team due to his time with the trainer.

During his time in the box after the End, Slasher forgot everything about his previous life. All he remembered is that he used to be close to a human. Now, he will do anything to find out about his past life and somehow rescue the human from a fate Slasher knows nothing about. He's emotionally unstable and will snap at anybody, anytime, anywhere. He'll fight for whoever he thinks will get him closer to rediscovering his past life.
Attacks:
Psycho Cut
Leaf Blade
Slash
Double Team
Psychic
Night Slash
Level: 51
Owner: None, fights for either side.
