Capture card install service?

    Raicario Pokemon hybrid

    I've got 2 old 3DS's and one 2DS XL, and I'm planning on doing Pokemon let's plays on YouTube in the near future. To do that, though, I'd need some capture cards installed. Does anyone know of any capture card installation services (Online or otherwise) that would accept business from an Australian customer?
