Hasselberry! Rex was never that strong a duelist. Hasselbery uses way better Dinos.

Rex's rareist card in battle city was Serpant Knight Dragon which waslnt even a dino :S

Where exactly did you get that 'fact'?
Dinosaur Ryuzaki's deck gets its strength from its combination of Dinosaur and Dragon monsters. While not canon, Dinosaur's strongest monster is Tyrant Dragon.

He gets that from the first portion of Yu-Gi-Oh Duelist. The announcer declares during the Rex/Hassleberry match in the very beginning that Rex had made an excellent play when he dropped his Two-Headed King Rex, complimenting it as Rex's most powerful card.

Also, why does it matter that the strongest Dinosaur is Tyrant Dragon? It's not as if either person has a copy of it in their deck, at least according to the anime(to the extent of my knowledge).

Hassleberry would take it. Rexs' monsters *and his DOMA monsters* just aren't strong enough to take on Kenzan's Dino's. Rex just has a Dino/Dragon deck and that's it. Kenzan rely's on getting out his Dino's out quick and crushing the opponent in various ways, while keeping up field pressence at the same time. It's way to clear who would win this one.

Kaiba. By now he should have Cyber Stein, allowing him to summon his cheap Dragon.
And Zane needs the right amount of fusion materials to make the Chimeratech Overdragon to become invincible.
