Catching Groudon/Kyogre...

Well, Had an idea and was wondering if it would work... currently, whenever I try to catch them, they end up killing my pokemon (theyre all 90...), because they alwas critical, or I critical and kill them, now, I was wondering... would raising 4 banettes, 3 with grudge, and the 4th with spite, use the first 3 to get rid of their attacking moves, then use the 4th tog et rid of rest work? Would that force them to struggle, or are they immune to this? o.o;;

That would work, but it's a bad strategy because then you only have a limited amount of turns before Groudon/Kyogre kills itself while Struggling. The best way is just using a Master Ball of course, but Sleep/Ultra Ball works too. If the battle is taking a long time, toss a Timer Ball. And for Kyogre, Net Balls work best, even better than Ultra Balls.

Actually, I once had it paralyzed, asleep, and poisoned (I got desperate), used 4 balls before it woke up, no luck :/, and when I was talking about the strategy, never directly hurt him, just buy time with ultra balls, then when it gets low, use a timer ball, its bound to have been 50+ turns...

How can a Pokemon be paralyzed and poisoned at the same time? :p

And upon further investigation, your strategy could possibly work. With 50+ turns under your belt, I think that a Timer Ball would be pretty darn accurate. My advice is to first lower Groudon's/Kyogre's PP, then stall for time with your Lv. 90+ Pokemon. Be sure to have healing items. Then, when Groudon's/Kyogre's HP gets to be below the halfway point (yellow), just throw Timer Balls/Ultra Balls/Net Balls (Kyogre only) until you catch the beast. I'm predicting that at least one of the balls should succeed.

Good luck!

Broken Type Pokemon
For kyogre, Shedinja is your best friend.

Use confusion moves and paralyze, then start using Timer/Ultra Balls

correct me if i'm worng shedinja is a bug type which is weak against ice so when kyogre uses ice beam theres your critical hit, which will knock out shedinja

No It doesn't and Ice beam is super effective against bug,and catching legendary pokés is hard because of their low catch rate and I once wasted 49 ultra balls against an articuno. so do bring at least 50+ultra balls and Revives + Hyper potions.

Best thing to do is just stall. Bring lots of potions and keep healing your pokemon until you get 40 turns down. Then toss Timer Balls. I caught Kyogre and Groudon with only one Timer Ball each using this strategy and I hardly even weakened them.
