Catching rayquaza in emerald?

Okay, what is an easy way to catch rayquaza in emerald? I am using 2 level 100 pokemon but they just kill him. I already have my rayquaza from my other game but i want this one so i can give the other one back. Please help me. ;326;

What pokemon and attacks are you using? Remember if you have a pokemon at level one hundred and he is at level 70 that is a 30 level difference. If you use an attack that he is weak to he will most likely die/faint.

I use sceptiles leaf blade. And i used my masterball on latios.

If your Sceptile knows False Swipe, just use it once and Rayquaza will be on 1 HP, or if you don't, reduce it's HP and then use a Stat-Condition move, Paralyse it or put him to Sleep. And then keep throwin' Ulrta balls.

stall, and use timer balls. if you already have the pokedex data for it, use repeat balls as well.

Well sceptles moves are
leaf blade
bullet seed
secret power
dragon claw
Never thought of repeat balls.

Repeat balls can be very handy, i've used them to catch my shiny moltres,

i've used them on rayquazas in the past as well.

Just be Patient, and use the other suggestions that people have mentioned. Don't forget some Timer Balls since after about 10 or so Ultra Balls, a Timer Ball's catch rate goes up a bit. But remember...Patience is a virtue.
