No recovery move on Cress - ask yourself why.

HP Ice Raikou/Gengar weak.

Your team isn't exactly what you'd call Hera-proof, so be careful using Toxic on Vaporeon.

Give Cress better EVs to take on SpecsMence.

heatran is better off with overheat. more power and accuracy. he won't be staying in very long with choice specs anyway so you might as well give him the better move. even his special move that only he learns is a better option than fire blast, seeing as how it has the same accuracy and it traps your enemies and continues to damage them.

Actually, Magma Storm only has 70% accuracy. Fire Blast has 85%.

I'll swap Fire Blast for Fire Fang on Garchomp, but I'm keeping Fire Blast on Heatran, seeing as the extra power's useful.

Also, I'm replacing Explosion for Dark Pulse.

Maybe HP Ground on Cress.

Fire Blast hits Cress/Gengar/Dusknoir harder than Dark Pulse ever does. Looking at your team, I'd go with Explosion, and a Scarf, now that I come to think of it.
