Nice Beller...I wouldn't use this Celebi though since Rash nature is TERRIBLE
Celebi also has 6 2x Weaknesses (Poison, Fire, Ice, Flying, Dark, Ghost)
Plus Celebi has a 4x weakness to Bug.
Your Celebi, no matter what moves you put on it, will be torn apart.
