Celebi? (dumb question)

Before I start, I have never used cheating devices except on some old Mario GAmes and I would never use them again.

okay- I have heard rumours in the Missingno. thread about you being able to find Celebi in RS, and I have some questions:

1. Is there any way that I could find a Celebi in my games without cheating?
2. Is there any specific route that it is found on?
3. And, assuming that these rumours are real, will it appear in Emerald?

and I know that the chance is 1/250,000,000 of finding one, so don't bother yurselves.

Truthfully, there may be a Celebi glitch, but don't bank on it. If you can get to a Journey Across America event, GO!!

Otherwise, no, you're not going to get Celebi any time soon.

Ratiosu, not to make you feel horrible, but you didn't have to register on the internet to go..just to compete.

I meant to compete to obtain Celebi. Anyway, cheating, glitches, and events are the possibly the only known ways to get Celebi. Why do you want it? It's not that useful unless it's EV trained.

OK, the answers to your questions in order are;

1; Despite what other people may say, YES. There IS a way to get Celebi without cheating devices or events.

2; Routes 121 and 123.

3; No.

Celebi is only obtained in a certain number of ways:

1. Japanese Bonus Disk
2. Journey Across America Event

And that's basically it. The Celebi glitch would probably never work (because it's most likely not true.)

Possibly the only other way to obtain one would be to wait for Diamond/Pearl to come out, and see if someone would trade you theirs. (If that's even possible.)
