Swords Dance is an option to Baton Pass, though.

why have baton pass if you have recover, just teach it ice beam it ifs a sp swep, that is if it can learn ice beam

Recover is to survive longer while Calm Minding.

Well Ubers aren't my pokemon anyway I thought it was like mew learn any tm, we don't get Events over in Australia........ give it some other sp atk then

Celebi isn’t really uber anyways.

Celebi is good enough to be an uber, it just won't work out as one.

I don't know about Substitute. Celejump isn't as good as Recover or even Giga Drain/Leech Seed imo.

I would take Perish Song instead of Calm Mind.

Perish Song is only really useful in conjunction with Mean Look, i.e. Umbreon Mean Looks and Baton Passes to Celebi.

And btw yazzel, the moveset you suggested doesn't even work for Mew.
