celebi is available..... either goto one of the current pokemon tour cities in the U.S. (check pokemon.com for dates and cities)
or... if u wanna throw some money around there's a way if u buy a freeloader for a gamecube, a JAPANESE copy of pokemon colosseum, and a JAPANESE copy of their preorder.
capture and purify all the shadow pokemon then load the preorder disc and download Celebi to a JAPANESE copy of pokemon ruby,emerald, saphire, fire red, or leaf green.
Finally trade it from the japanese game to a game from your country
