...I have one too, because JAA was giving out Celebii...Well, actually, I got my Celebii from my friend who went, traded for my Jirachi. This thread seems sorta pointless...

You're not alone. I too have a Celebi. Found it on Route 121, thanks to the Celebi Glitch.

I don't have a Celebi because I didn't go to JAA. Instead, I'm gonna wait for D/P and trade someone who has multiple legit Celebis.
