i agree, a lot of main legendary pokemon (mew, celebi, jirachi etc.) are too cute to suit the amount of power they possess

I quite like Celebi, kind of an onion thing. And onions in my book are cool. (Not the taste, just for no reason I like onions.) And, it's green, and I like Green. And, it reminds me of Mew. I like Mew. And finally, it possesses the power of time. Which is awesome! So, Celebi=Cool.
