Pokemon and Humans have always lived together in relative harmony, the sad fact is that, as Humans make advancments in science, new threats occur. In the johto region, a "pulse" had ran through the air, any cell phone used after the time of 3:14 pm on october 25, 2008 transemitted it. This pulse rewrote the nuerons in the brains of people. Made them crazy. Made them, different. The "Phone-crazies", as many people started to call them, attacked every moving thing, animals, people, pokemon. But pokemon who were in the pokeballs of people who used a cell phone changed as well.
That was 2 months ago.
The game opens in goldenrod city. its in ruins, no obvious signs of 'Normies"
anywhere, other than pairs of sneakers and shoes on the porches of houses.
The phone-crazies have formed flocks and only seem to move at day time.
Pokeball-crazies (pokemon) had fell apart and became feral, dangerouse creatures.
This is based after the Stephen King novel entitled "Cell".
