In your Ruby/Sapphire/emerald which was the toughest pokemon or toughest party you have ever faced?

Whoops, wrong version :p

I'd have to say Wallace's Milotic. I just couldn't kill the bugger.

I've had so many hard challenges that I can't even remember which was hardest!

But one I really remember was Petalburg gym. I could have never beaten it if it wasn't for a thing called pure dumb luck. The Slaking took out all but one of my Pokemon with Facade, but i had weakened him down to only a few HP left. My only Pokemon left was a level 2 Poochyena that I forgot I caught in the beginning of the game. Once I sent out Poochyena, Slaking was loafing around, so I had a chance to knock out his last few HP. But since he was so much faster, he attacked first and obviously with Facade. But it surprisingly missed! I took him out immediately after and was so proud!

The hardest battle I ever had was in emerald, I didn't knew that Steven is in the Meteor Falls so I got there with a pretty weak team, I didn't wanted to get back in PokemonCenter to heal my pokemons so I decided to battle him, my last pokémon was Blaziken lv63 after Steven kicked the 5 others out. I used Flamethrower against his Cradily so I beat him! That was a long battle because I used over 6 revives and 2 max revives.

Flannery, definitely. I had to go dig up a Marill (now Nami the level 60something Azumarill) from my box and train her just to beat her. And of course I chose Treecko.

^ Drakes Kingdra made me cry. I finally figured that once I wasted all its PP for Body Slam, it would be helpless :D

the rival/may battle in the grass near cycling road that is hard beacuse on every 3rd gen game i have played i always seem to get pwned by her unless i lvl up quite a bit and then theres the 2nd gym guy (4got his name) he pwns me auite often but after i get past these 2 i pwn the rest! :)

P.S not yet had a proper try at the BF team not ready so BF may be hard dunno really...

1. Flannerys Torkoal using Overheat was a major pain.

2. The stupid cooltrainer (thinks it was a cooltrainer) and their lv. 31 Milotic on route 120 (thinks route 120) it actually KOed my team because I was weak, but I thought I could take another trainer...I was fooled.

3. Steven's Cradily and Claydol were also a pain early on.

Volteon

Back I guess??
the only gym that I had hard moments was Tate and liza (emerald obvious) it´s not one pokemon, it was her strategy that it was hard.

but the hardest pokémon that I ever battled were 2:
1st starmie, the battle was starmie VS starmie, my one resisted with 23 HP, due to thunder bolt, then I countered with one T-bolt too, it didn´t fainted, then the oppponent used confuse ray I stayed confused then I saw that I had just 1 HP left! the next turn the starmie used T-wave then I finaly attacked it in the 3rd turn.

2nd: ludicolo
4 times, my team (all the 3) got KOed by one ludicolo in battle frontier, 3 of them were annoying (leech seed, toxic, leftovers, rain dish and surf) and the other had swift swim and T-punch, surf, ice beam, and rain dance.

Zabi

Not really here.
Mine definitly has to be Juan, I used my Shiny Swampert(before it got deleted) to Ice Beam it several times. Then Kingdra uses that damn rest attack! After a while, I got a critical hit and it fainted.
Tate and Liza was also hard. Luckily, my Glalie and Swampert owned it with both of their ice beams!

Polursine

Leave my posts alone
Juan's Kingdra (Emerald). I sent out my Shedinja, he can't attack me (Horray for Wonderguard!) I slowly KO it with Aerial Ace, as it knows Double Team. I had plenty of Ethers for refills. Eventually I got it down to the point where it was using random moves to KO me. So close, I could KO Kingdra with a Critical Hit....Foe Kingdra used Struggle! It was a Kamikazi mission....

My hardest battle was against Pyramid King Brandon. I only had my Metagross. His Regirock used Explosion Wiping 3/4 of my health off, and then Registeel EQ'ed him and got a taste of my own medicine. 2HKOed :(

Angeling

true love
...This is about the games.. ¬¬

Anyway, I'd probably say.. Juan's Kingdra, as Polurswine also said. Except I think I KO'ed it with.. either Plusle using Thunder (or was it Thunderbolt? Forget) or.. something else. I forget that too.

But yes, that annoying Rest was .. killing me. It was like it had 32858324 PP for that. ¬_¬

So that's the only thing I remembered for toughest Pokémon to beat in RSE.

I remember the first time I fought this, I didnt know what I was getting into, Rain Dance + Stab for Water Pulse, and Recover + Great Special Defense, and I poisoned it so Marvel Scale kicked in..... >_<. That was a battle, It kept confusing all of my pokemon, until finally Magneton took it out After I had to heal Mag 3 or 4 times while using other pokemon as sacrifices...
