once and a while i go and level up weaker pokemon by giving them an x.p share and evolve them that way but i don't go eveyday thats to much.

Instead I prefer to setup special secret bases for leveling purposes and there's now the emerald cloning glitch to duplicate nuggets and increase my coinages. Here's a youtube video of the type of secret bases I'm referring to:
