Changing Traits?

Hi, Im raising a modest Togetic for the UnderUsed pokemon project, and i hatched a modest togepi, but it has hustle. i want my togetic to have serene grace. i want to know if the trait will change as it evolves, like with my lotads rain dish to lombre with swift swim. i heard that it wont change but i need some more opinions please

when you evolve a rain dish lotad, you get one raindish lombre and then one rain dish ludicolo, the abbilities never change except if the evolution has one diferent from the pre-evo (like feebas - milotic and slakoth - vigoroth - slaking.)

I think that it will change when it evolves, I had a PickUp Phanpy and when it evolved he got Sturdy. I am pretty sure it will change

that´s because donphan don´t have pick up ability, diferent from togetic has both hustle and serene grace like togepi.

If you want serene grace then I would suggest hatching for another one. It won't change

Is the Togetic female? If it is then you can breed it with a dito holding an everstone and there is a 50% chance that the Togepi will have the same nature of her parents. BTW this only works in Emerald.

no it isnt female, strangely all 50 eggs ive now hatched are male... weird no? and the 3 that have modest also have hustle dang it, if i get a female tho im gonna trade it over... what about a male with modest and everstone and ditto breed? i dunno if it works with males tho. thanks for all ur help anyway guys

Togepi has a 12.5% chance of hatching male, that's why.
