2. The leaders are here to do just that. Lead. Respect them and they will respect you. All there is to it. All their decisions are final. If you have an issue though, go to them. They will try to help as best they can.
3. All members will be required to make at least one post per month unless we are given advance notice of an extended absence. Exceptions will be made for certain members.
4.All battles count unless both parties are specifically aware of the fact that the battle does NOT count. This decision must be reached PRIOR to the first turn.

When you are ranking up here at Chaos Theory we rank up by gaining Chaos Points. At each rank up you pay the ammount of points to eveolve to better suit your ever changing surroundings.

I never said POTW was always OU .
This week we have one of the most destructive pokemon in the uber metagame, Kyurem white. Like its BL(ya it dropped somemore) version, kyurem white boost the second highest sp attack stat in all of pokemon at a base of 170, but has the moves to back it, unlike kyurem black. With turbo blaze, kyurem white has perfect coverage between fusion flare and draco meteor, but with focus blast and ice beam, nothing can switch in same. Obviously its main set is choice specs, which lets draco meteor hit steel arceus for over 50%, i know from experience, which is insane even for ubers. Kyurem white has some other very viable sets tho, like LO roost, sub 3 attacks, and the choice scarf set. With the BW 2 move tutors, kyurem white can be used as part of a heavy hitting core with reshiram using tailwind. Because kyurem has some troble with bulky steels still, reshiram roosts them, sets up tailwind, and switches to kyurem white, who proceeds to smash everything. Of course, kyurem has its flaws. Its lack luster speed is its biggest problem, which is a medium in ubers, as alot of dragons are 90-100 base. Kyurem white falls to alot of the same things as black such as scarfed terrakion, scizor, but they cant really switch in. As for walls, steel arceus and lugia are 2 great walls, boosting high sp def and good typing. Finally, kyurem has to switch alot so hazards are a big problem.

~All battles are to take place on Pokemon online unless it is unavailable to one of the opponents then it will be Pokeshowdown
~Team revealing of any kind is prohibited
~You have one week (7 days) from when the round is posted to complete your match, any unfinished games will either be activity wins or coin flips.
~If you happen to have any issues, you may PM me or post the problem on the thread.


Clauses

Wi-Fi Clause: Team Preview must be enabled for all tournament matches.
Sleep Clause: A player cannot put two or more different opposing Pokémon to sleep using attacks that induce sleep to opposing Pokémon.
Uber Clause: Pokémon that are in the Uber Tier are not allowed to be used.
Timed Battle: Select this clause when having all tournament matches.
Species Clause: A player cannot have two of the same Pokémon on their team.
Evasion Clause: A player cannot increase their Pokémon's evasion stat with a move that specifically increases evasion.
OHKO Clause: Players cannot use moves that have a chance of instantly KO opposing Pokémon.
Best of Three: Each match will be played using this rule. Basically the first to defeat their opponent twice wins the game.

Welcome to the land of chaos. In this chaotic land there are many legends that have been spoken and past down through many generations. A place where trainers can test the might of their pokemons and theirs self. What the name of the place is Chaos Theory Frontier. Welcome to the Frontier my lovely trainers.





The Rules

1. Follow all SPPF rules.
3. No flaming, spamming or trolling.
4. Frontier Brains will be using pokemon specific to their tier.
5. All Frontier Brains will battle a best 2/3. The Challenger will be awarded a Symbol for defeating them. Unless stated otherwise.
6. CounterTeaming (CTing) is strictly prohibited. If a Brain has proof of CTing, the battle will be invalid. (Only if CT applies)
7. Team revealing is also strictly prohibited, do not reveal any Pokemon or strategy after battling a Frontier Brain.
8. If you lose to a Frontier Brain you must wait 24 hours of time before battling the same Frontier Brain. Unless stated otherwise.
9. The League uses the smogon tiers, do not use any Pokemon that does not belong in the specified tier.
