Char-a-who?

Interesting how I, of all people, am making a fair few Char-based Polls xD But anyhow, which of the three Chars do you like the most? I would include the Saur and Turtle family in this, but it seems Charizard and friends are getting the most attention at this point in time. So, yeah. Vote, and explain your reasoning if you wish.

As for me, I like Charmeleon most. I don't like Charmander much at all, and I dislike Charizard even more. Yet, I quite like Charmeleon, moreso than a fair few Kanto Pokémon. I'm not sure exactly why I'm so fond of it, to be honest. Its reptilian appearance must count for something, though. Perhaps what I like about it most is how neglected and underrated it is. For a middle evolution, it's actually fairly powerful, and no one even seems to care, because the other two are so much more popular. I love neglected Pokémon, and since Charmeleon certainly falls under that category, I guess that's why I like it.

Middle starter evolutions are typically cool, but I can't say I'm a fan of Charmeleon, and Charizard is really starting to look ugly to me, especially in some of the liberties with detail in it's face. If it was more simplistic like old school-Sugimori Charizard, he's a cool guy, but otherwise, I'm really not a fan.

Charmander for the win, what-what.
Eh, I take that back. I'm thinking of Charmeleon in terms of the old Mitsuhiro Arita in Base Set, but there was a Dark Charmeleon in the first Rocket set that I prized for quite a while. He's awesome if you draw him correctly, but still a tie between him and Charmander. ...Mm...

Nah I'll just give it to Charmeleon.

I freaking hate Charmander as well, so the cool Charmeleon it is then. (CB, it's all your fault!)

Well, honestly, you all know my opinion on Charizard, but I'm quite fond of Charmeleon, too. In fact, he's one of the only Pokemon whose "official" art doesn't look horrible. (And that's saying something, since Charizard's is completely mauled/fat/disconfigured.)

I've said it a million times and I'll say it once more, Charizard should have been more regal/streamlined instead of all RAR! *Grumbles in corner.* I find it funny that some people think Charizard should be simplified, while others think he tries too hard to be cool, while others think he's too simple. XP If he was made more complicated/original, then people would say he's trying even more to be cool.

I don't like Charmander that much. He sort of suffers from what I call "Pikachu-syndrome" how he's always made out to be cute and all. But at the same time, I like Pikachu, but I don't like Charmader... Meh. Still, he'd do better if his "official" as well as his Sugimori art was less cutesy. Actually, most Pokemon can look good if they're drawn right (I loathe Dunsparce beyond belief, but I once drew it my way and I actually liked it.)

I jst don't like the char-line at all, and I've got something agains fire types, although I love Torchic.
I find them all just so.......poofy(I don't know the word for it)
I just don't like them.
They're strong, that's waht I have to admit, but I just hate/dislike them.

I like them all(yes, even 'zard). Charmander is cute without being sickening, Charmeleon owns you, and Charizard isn't *completely* horrible(that honor goes to Dragonite), although it should have stayed the same color as Charmeleon >>

They're all quite good. I don't see why some people seem to hate them so much. The best of them all is definitely Charmeleon, however.

You guys should know which one I like the best: Charizard, for reasons I can't be arsed to explain again.

Charmeleon for second, because he's my favorite middle-stage evolution, he looks cool, and he's a pretty good battler. Underrated, too, as C. Blizz stated.

Charmander's alright. I mean, I like the lil' guy, and he's one of the few cute Pokémon that I actually take an interest in. =/ I don't love him, but eh, he's okay, I guess.

I neither love nor loath any of the three, but I would have to say my clear favourite is Charizard. Well, I like Charizard my way. I like it as the noble creature, always straining to better itself against stronger opponents that it is depicted as in its Ruby and Sapphire Pokedex entry. Everywhere you see Charizard now it's just, "Rar look at me I'm big and scary!" I don't like that Charizard.
Charmeleon is alright, but not great. Here's an interesting fact I just found out that I didn't knoe before, when Charmeleon encounters a strong foe its tail glows a blusih white colour.
Charmander, I don't mind, but is not as highly respected by me as Charmeleon or Charizard.
