I plan to recreate the characters that I made into sprites (Just recently even) and save their teams specifically with them. Any variations of those teams I think I just wanna use the standard DP Male sprite, since that'd be my D/P character in game, right?

I would try to recreate myself to the best of my ability, and maybe I could persuade my parents to let me buy a Wii, since it's a heck of a lot cheaper than PS3 and XBox 360, not to mention cooler ^_^

Possible character:
Black/Red/White bandana, Black leather Jacket, White T-shirt, Black pants (don't know what kind), White and Black shoes. Probably wavy black/dark brown hair, or atleast, as dense as mine is IRL.

Hate to be the Devil's Advocate and rain on everyone's parade, but...
Will you be able to change your skin color on this thing? And if so, how much? This is Japan we're talking about here, and they're not exactly world renowned for thier multicultralism... :(

Nobody knows for sure. Nintendo is going to let people play Pokemon Battle Revolution at their upcoming event BattleFesta 2006. The main focus of the event is playing pokemon matches via DS, and via card game against other people. You can win some small prizes if you do well. Anyway, since they're going to have PBR playable at the event, so hopefully I'll have a chance to check out the character creation process. It's on different dates in different areas but it would be easies for me to go to the Nagoya event on Dec 2, since I have to go there anyway to pick up the Wii that day. Event details:

If you look at the page that Serebii created for the character customisation (http://www.serebii.net/battle/custom.shtml) you'll see a little face icon in the first picture. I'm guessing that you can choose different faces, inclusive of skin tone, in this section.
