If they were to include a new Pokemon fighter, I believe Lucario would end up being the perfect candidate.

I don't see why people list 3rd party characters just cause Snake is in it. People seem to be forgetting that Snake's only in it because Hideo Kojima practically begged for Snake to be in Melee, but it couldn't be done at the time since production of the game was too far in. They got back to Kojima after coming up with the idea for Brawl.

anyways theres alot of characters i would think and want to be in ssbb
inlcuding sonic,shadow,tail,knuckles,daisy,and maybe one or two of the hhunters in metriod prime hunters like trace

Actually, Masahiro Sakurai said in an interview (not the fake one over the radio >__<) that with the inclusion of Snake, there would be 1-2 more third party characters. And I'm pretty sure not many can consider that number upsetting, except the purists that think Super Smash Bros. is a Nintendo All-Stars series...

The only requirements for the third-party characters are that they were on a Nintendo console once. The list posted earlier was posted on the Official Japanese website as the list they were considering. It's been narrowed down since, but apparently I'm too lazy to post it. >__<;;

I think this should go in the official topic BTW, but, oh well. Personally, I'd just be happy if Ray 01, Megaman, and Geno were in it.
