Charizard, Outrage or Dragon Pulse

Okay, so i need help filling up my Charizards Move Set. My Charizard already has the moves:
-Earthquake
-Fire Blast
Idk if I should teach start over and breed a new Charizard with Outrage just teach him Dragon Pulse, because his Sp. Attack is very high, but I know Outrage's power is a lot higher, but it has the side effect of making Charizard confused after 2-3 turns.
Now for the last move idk if I want to take advantage of a STAB move and use Air Slash, or teach him another move?

Your ideas and opinions will be greatly appreciated, thank you. =)

There is no best anything. If you're set on using either one of those, I would go with dragon pulse because I don't like being stuck in outrage.
