From the way the levels of your Pokemon look, it seems like you're mainly using Charizard.

Try training your entire team to about the same level. Evolve Poliwhirl too.

Poliwrath:
-Surf/Hydro Pump
-Swords Dance/Belly Drum
-Brick Break
-EQ/Rock Slide

You don't need Psybeam and Psychic on Kadabra. >_>

That's right, it's powerful but you can't attack on your next turn and the opponent can launch a super effective attack.

Since giovanni in the in-games won't switch under fly, it won't fail in this case. Train on farfetch'd so that it'll be safe from earthquakes.

Just one suggestion, really lead with poliwrath/whirl, or some better water type.
He has 2 rhyhorns IIRC, both basically automatically OHKOed by any water attack that's not called bubble.
