Really need some help making up for the lack of power. And I know it probably sucks a lot.

I don't see how it'll work. You have monsters that are 1800 ATK tramples, but why bother? The stats of the Charmers are too weak to survive something.

PoA saves you, but I honestly don't see this winning something. Unless you're playing against a deck that uses all the Attributes.
