x2 Mr. Briney's Compasion (A supporter like "scoop up" only better)

Energies:30
x15 fire energy
x15 electric energy

Okay, pretty much, your opponent gets super card-advantage, but in return you get your rayquaza in the very beggining. Then kill their wimpy pokemon before they can do anything!

-Bill gives you the two card to throw away for cumputer search.
-computer search lets you get rid of any un-useful cards and feches your rayquaza!
-The fossils act as place-holders for pokemon and stalling-cards.
-Mr. Briney's compassion scoops your near-K.O.ed rayquaza and lets you play him baxk on your bench all over again! (plus the fossils have free retreat cost as you simply discard them to retreat!)

This format works with almost any basic legendary ex!
