I believe Wailord's weight. It has to be light to float. So think of it being half-empty.

although bayleef seems to be 3'11" and meganium also seems 2b 5'11" thoze r correctible heights but 2'11" is too big for a small reptile like chikorita

You can't always trust the Dex. Look at Azumarril on the Emerald dex, it goes up to Brendan's knee

Actually, the Chikorita line is based off the Apatasaourus.

I think Chikorita's height includes the full length of the leaf on top of its head.

But if you're basing this on the relative height of Satoshi's Chikorita in the anime, you must remember that the anime has always taken liberties with average Pokémon heights and weights. We've seen Pokémon of varying sizes before, from giant Whaleko and Gonyonyo to that humongous Koiking in the Orange Islands to Satoshi's Yorunozuku to an Utsubot in Erika's gym that couldn't have been taller than Pikachu. Then there was that baby-sized Nidoqueen, the runt Pikachu among the wild herd that Satoshi almost left his Pikachu with, the giant Kekking from the Battle Frontier...clearly, there's no set size for Pokémon in the anime compared to the set size for them in the video games.

I've found that there's no point in trying to argue this view. It's impossible to convince Internet geeks that there are better things for them to do with their time.

There's a lot of Pokemon that's height seems messed up, so I'm guessing the Japs have a different measurement system or something. I've always picture Chikorita as nearly half a foot, like it is compared to SSBM characters.

The size of a pokemon is not determine by its animal origin. I can see Weedle being a foot as much as I can see Snorlax being able to move.

You guys gotta remember that height is not allways height. In weedle's case it is a foot long (12 inches sounds right k?)
