Chimecho question

My friend told me that in one of the real early episodes of the anime (like around episode 20 or so) there is someone with a bag or something that has a picture of a Chimecho on it. Is that true? (Sry that I don't really have much detail, but I'm wondering if any of you have ever heard this.)

I'm guessing this is the token "There was a picture of Chimecho on one of the ickle paper boats in 'The Ghost of Maiden's Peak' episode" thread.

Chimecho was more than likely never even thought of 9 years ago, so that should be ringing the alarm bells don't you think?
...and for the record, Chimecho has never appeared outside an AG episode. Not in picture form, nor in person.

I have ''The Ghost Of Maiden Peak'' on VHS and I couldn't find anything about a Chimecho, or any pictures of it. THe rumor is false, as it's been proved before here.

Yeah that was it! I figured it wasn't true, but you never know, because Ho-oh was in the first episode. But if it was proven false, I bet it is false.
