and another thing, to find him , in emmerald, i have to be inside the mt pyre, or outside, where there are vulpix???

a good moveset to give him i can only think of one move but try heal bell and Psychic for two moves. also if can learn it T-Wave also you have to be inside.

It is located on the top of mt pyre in the patches of grass in the areas on both sides of where you get the red/blue orbs.
The very top of mt pyre. Very hard to find too

go with the moveset aragorn bird suggested also thanks aragornbird for pointing out that it can't learn T-Wave.

Timid isfine ingame. Modest or calm are generally better since its slow anyway
