Well, on the left hand side beside the old couple in the corner just search there, small patch of grass. Be patient, you will find one, but it takes time.

You can find one in mt pyre's submit in the mist. However it is real rare. But, like everyone, I assure you that you will eventually find a chimecho.
Dont give up.
