if you don't have XD/emerald, you can still get it from R/S.
just beat the battle tower over and over. at the end of any round, from the 6th on, they give you a random good item. so, get a 42+ streak at the tower. they'll randomly give you one of the following: focus band, choice band, brightpowder, leftovers, quick claw, white herb, scope lens, or mental herb.
