You could also use:

Belly drum
Substitue
AA
EQ

Use sub then Belly drum. Salac activates. Quick sweeping.

And it needs a Fire move.
Thats why it doesn't usually have Substitute.

Yes, but Alakazam is a better special sweeper. But you can use Kadabra if you must.
