Possibly is you were the good guy, I believe you would go around helping trainers and battling them like a regular trainer. Later your skill will be recongnized and you get the ability to do missions to help trainers whether it to train them, give them lectures or go out and stop other evil teams. You could possibly be able to run your own team and organization of people to stop the evil guys. If you chose the evil side then you go around battling trainers beat them and take items steal from the stores IF you dont have enough money, some bad dude comes and you go on missions to capture Rare pokemon or project devices to power you Pokeom beyond measure. Then you could end up as leader of the organization or a Admin. Also for the good guy he goes on Missions to save other pokemon restore a ecosystem and ends up battling the Head pokemon in the area.
