i don't have any of the first generation games but i'm still interested:

what do the diaries in the cinnibar mansion exactly say? can someone give the exact words? i've heard that they have the story of mewtwo so i'm very interested. can someone fill me in with the exact words?

You're basing that knowledge on the animated film that came out some time after the game's release. It clearly says in the game "mew gave birth".

okay thanks for the info! they should have centered the movie's plot around this! would have made a great drama, except it would probably be PG-13 because of all this genetic tampering and stuff.
