I was wondering...
I was at the Jackson, MI cities yesterday. I want to go to the March 4, Jackson, MI states. I was told I can. What are the states requirements?

You don't need to win Cities or anything else in order to go to States, you just show up.

Otherwise, it's like any other Modified tournament.
