I read all the stuff on Pokemon.com but I need some clarification.

How do you enter the contests? Is there a limited amount of people that can be at this tournament?

How will we be able to download Celebi? Will it be there at the contest?

The other 20 pokemon: Can you download them with Celebi or do you have to choose?

If I don't get into the contest (all seats are filled up) can I still download Celebi?
Do you have to pass a test to enter?

I hope the test actually measures your battling aptitude and isn't some pointless trivia where you have to answer "Who did Ash fight when he got to Slateport City after Team Rocket went blasting off?", or something like that. >_>;

I would assume you can get all the other Pokemon, or else everyone is just going to line up for Celebi and no one is going to care about the others. You probably just wait in different lines for all of them and get what you can.

I want to know if you can download more than one of each Pokemon if you have more than one game cart (they'll probably make us go to the back of the line ), and if you can get the tickets for Deoxys, Lugia, and Ho-oh. They haven't made those available enough.

You'll just have to have Mystery Gift, Solembum. I pretty much get all the rules since I have been to tons of events in the past, and I won the PRA tournament. But, I do have a question, can you still obtain Celebi if you aren't picked for the tournament?

From what i've heard yes. The event has the tournament, the free card, the downloads, and the chance to meet some guy dressed up as pikachu.

So I need the mystery gift to download? Okay.

That's good that anyone can get Celebi and the other free stuff. About meeting a guy dressed up as a Pikachu, kinda creepy. It's probably some 40 year old hobo guy that they hired.

Wait...Pikas not real?And for Mystery gift, 1)go to a POKEMART
2)See the paper on the counter?Press A in front of it.
3)Put in link together with all.
4)Clerk says some stuff.
5)Save.
6)Turn on game.Mystery gift will be under OPTION.

Alright, so I understand how to get mystery gift into your game. But how exactly do they transfer it to your game pack with the wireless adapter? Do they just beam it out to mutliple gameboys at once, or do they individually give it to you?

Do ruby and sapphire even use the wireless adaptor? If they can't thay rules out the possibility of them beaming it out via adaptor.

I think they stick your GBA in some machine, press a button, ask the pokemon you wanna download,(IE,Celebi,Typhloshion) download 'em, the end.
And about the pokemon download, only choice pokemon can be downloaded.

You need a GBA/GBASP w/ a Pokemon R/S/E/FR/LG in it
You must have the pokedex
You must be in the pokemon center, in other words, that las place you have to haved saved in was a PC.

And, in case someone does not know, in some games
(Ie:FR,LG,E.)you need the national dex for the download.

Actually, you don't need to have the mystery gift to download Celebi.I downloaded one without the MG and you can only download one Top 20 Pokemon
