Clarification on OU, BL, UU

Look at Serebii DP Tier List.
Staraptor (OU). Dodrio BL (in my opinion). Ambipom (BL). Miltank (BL). Togekiss (OU). Chatot (UU).
Starmie will have loads of fun with this team.

Who said it was a team? Dodrio isn't BL, it's UU. Ambipom is OU btw. Is this a team?

I loled cause alot of things can KO Blissey. I loled that Staraptor is outclassed by many Pokemon. I loled that Miltank is outclassed by Blissey. I loled that in OU almost all physical sweepers have over 102 base in attack

Miltank is awesome in BL, are you kidding. And can actually hold its own in OU.
You might want to do some calcs. My Blissey has survived SDd EQs from Garchomp.
Staraptor is the premiere Normal / FlyingPokemon. The only pokemon that can come close to a challenge to that is Burn Orb Swellow.

Tiers haven't been officially made for this generation yet, but here are my guesses:
Staraptor - OU. Brave Bird + Close Combat = sexy.
Dodrio - BL. Lost Hidden Power to take care of steels.
Ambipom - BL. It has its uses though.
Miltank - BL. It's kind of like a mini-Blissey.
Zangoose - BL. Things outclass it but it is not bad. Might be UU though.
Togekiss - OU. Can take a variety of roles and do them well.
Chatot - NU. Novelty bird.
Exploud - UU. Has bad stat distribution.
Lickilicky - BL. Things outclass it in general but STAB Explosion is something it has going for it.
Tauros - BL. It lost Hidden Power to take care of levitating Ghost types and not sure it gained anything in return. I'm not 100% about this one though, might still be good enough for standard.
Like I said, however, tiers have not been made official for 4th gen so making an all-UU team is technically impossible as there aren't any official tiers yet. It depends on where you're fighting what is considered UU and OU.

Okay, well, Miltank gets a lot of the same moves as Blissey. Standard Miltank set would be like Heal Bell, Milk Drink, Body Slam, and Ice Beam or something like that. Blissey would be Aromatherapy, Softboiled, Seismic Toss, Ice Beam.
Similar much? I'm aware you can use Miltank other ways but mostly those other ways get outclassed by other Pokemon.
