This episode helped to show me both Clemont's and Bonnie's character development and the way Clemont fought with Clembot was pretty impressive. I guess after Ash wins his 4th Gym badge, the group will returns to Lumiose City. I'm guessing that Meyer I mean Blaziken Mask will be watching this time around. As for Serena, she was pretty much a background character like Brock in this episode, but she'll have her own episode soon enough.

I still feel that the Citroid commanding Citron's Elezard was silly, because Elezard should've made listening to Citron his priority. The whole Gym battle was good for Citron, yet the logic behind it felt absurd.
