Clickable Images/Words Help

I've been a member here for a few months, and I still haven't been able to figure out how to make images clickable, or change links into a brief sentence or word (ex. Click here) I've searched and found a thread to help me with the image problem, but I'm still having problems with it. Please post code examples; maybe that'll help. Help much appreciated ^_^

Word link (ex: Click here): Link name[/*url]

Linkable image: [url= {insert site address}]{site address with image[/^img][/^url]

Remove ^ and *

For words: [noparse](Words you want linked)
For images: [/noparse]
