Ok. Assuming you use EST (Eastern Time) Try going on random match at least 2 hours before 8:00 because after 8 is the total Asian Invasion of BW Random Match if you know what I mean.

Okay, on to the topic.

Someone mentioned that Japanese people do play on Random Matchup than most people. I have experienced this, but I think it's mostly because more people trade Friend Codes, then doing random battles. Look at my signature, I'm offering my Friend Code, so I think that's why.
