I checked and they do seem to be available in fact some even showed up in the GTS on Pokémon Home and Serebii lists it as being available.

So I think what might be happening is it might be a case where HA Yamper only recently became available so not many people have it yet.

Ah, okay, thanks so much! I was beginning to think I was losing my mind XD

I've been keeping an eye on Pokemon Home (had to download the stupid phone app, despite hardly ever using my phone, because for some reason they can't offer that service on the same system I play all the games on... but I digress) but haven't seen any yet. Guess I'll just have to keep at it!

But thanks for replying and confirming that people can, in fact, see my board :)

Your in luck, guess what I just got in a 5-Star Max Raid battle in the Isle of Armor that I can now breed.;)
