Was it shaped like a bone? Like the kind you'd see a cartoon dog with? :p If so, it's the "Precious Bone," and it's basically the same thing as a nugget. The only purpose it serves is to sell to Pokemarts. ;) It'll get you 5000 big ones. It's also in the hold items misc. section. ;)

First, be sure to have your DS (Lite)s clock between of 4AM and 10AM. Now go load you D/P save and Fly into Kannagi Town (http://db.gamefaqs.com/portable/ds/file/pokemon_dp_world.png). Now walk or bike in towns North-West corner and go inside of that house when your clock is 4AM to 10AM and go talking with that guy whose standing at right of you. That guy will give you pair of Adherence Glasses. If it's not between 4AM and 10PM the man will give you pair of Black Glasses(?). This was quite simply actually. o_O

This was posted on the GameFAQs board earlier this morning. I have tested this out, and it's true on both accounts! Any other time will get you the blackglasses item, and any time between 4:00 and 10:00 am will get you the adherence glasses!

Might wanna mention that the Diamond/Pearl orbs are not held by Dialga/Palkia respectively, but somewhere in the Tengan Mountain

I found a new source of interesting items. On Route 221, just west of the Pal Park, there's a man who asks to see a pokemon of a certain level. If you show him a pokemon of that level, he gives you an item. You can come back every day.

So far, over three days, I've gotten:
-Black Belt
-Expert Belt
-Focus Strip

I'm sure you can see a possible "belt" theme. I wonder what else he gives you.

Excellent! I'd forgotten all about him. :p I did put him down for the Expert belt, but I thought that's all he gave! I'll have to update that. ;)

I've updated it to make it more like a real FAQ. I've also uploaded a version to GameFAQs for review. ;) We'll see if they think it's worthwhile. Unfortunately, all of the changes made since my last update won't be in it, but they will be in the next version!

I caught my mistake this morning. xD I just hadn't had a chance to upload it yet. :p You're right of course. You need to use an itemfinder to find those items. They AREN'T held by Parukia or Diaruga. ;)

They aren't Itemfinder items. They're found at the Spiral Pillar, just behind where you catch Dialgo/Parukia.

I used an itemfinder to find mine. I'm not saying you HAVE to, but it it makes it easier. xD

Or am I mistaken? o.o It's been so long since I caught Parukia that I may have the memory confused. :) Was it a visible item, like in a Pokeball?

Yes, it is visable. And remember, the Diamond is exclusive to Diamond, and the Pearl is exclusive to Pearl (surprise, surprise :p )

Nice big update in this one. :) Thanks to a guy called TeamRocketElite, I now have a more complete Pickup table, as well as a whole bunch of new information about berries, and other odds and ends. I'm still investigating the man in the house by pal park, but when I find out more about his available items, you can bet I'll credit you, Benimoto. :p

I have some of those places listed in my guide. You just have to search for them. I don't have it organized by way of getting items; just by the items themselves.

As for the PP Max, I know I had one (I used it) but I don't remember where I got it. I'm pretty sure it was an itemfinder item, but I don't know for certain.

Shuko- you think you get everything from the item finder :p
Well, considering the fact that once I figured out how to use it I used it EVERYWHERE, and it caused me to take things a lot more slowly, it's only natural that I got a lot of items from it. :p And I guess it's only natural that I can't remember where most of them were, lol. I want to buy another copy of this game and start over, but I dont' have the heart. xD Maybe I will, though. I'll be laid up for a good while after my foot surgery. :/ I guess it'll keep things interesting, lol.

This may be a silly question, but hey, I'd like to know:
- How does this Pickup ability ACTUALLY work?
Is it so that when you fight a Pokémon with that ability it will drop the Item on the ground when you defeat it, after which you use Itemfinder to find it? (Or can you only use Thief and moves like that? Or is there another method?)
Do YOUR Pokémon pick up an Item if it's got this Pickup ability?

After battle, there's a 10% chance the Pokemon will be holding an item after the battle, provided it isn't already holding something.

YOUR Pokemon pick up the item. ;) As Diablocon said, it'll have a 10% chance after every battle, provided it's not already holding something.

It doesn't have to participate in the battle.

It doesn't have to be conscious. It CAN be fainted.

Any more questions? :p

And thanks a lot for the list of TMs, Diablocon! This is a big help. :D

could some one research this about shuckle?

Get a shuckle and give it a berry. After a while(you have to have it with you) it will turn the berry into an item called berry juice(like in GSC) and a while after that it will turn into rare candy.

This works in GSC and FR/LG and with the amount of GSC references it should work.I can't be bothered to get one myself :p.
