Collecting Items in Diamond and Pearl: A Guide

I'm aware that I don't have all the locations yet.
I never said it was a complete guide, lol. All of this is coming from my own knowledge and from what other people have given me. If you have suggestions, I'd welcome them. You'd be put in my credits too, lol.Jirachibow

Where do you get the good rod?
I don't mind answering questions, but do you guys even READ the FAQ? Lol. Just click the link to the Item FAQ and do a ctrl+F on it.
As it says in the guide, there are two ways to get one. You can either steal them from wild chansey or happiny (easy) or you can find the one in Solaceon ruins.Found the Insect Plate!
Insect Plate is located in the same place as the insects, Eterna Forest. Go to end of Eterna Forest, use cut, don't enter the Old Chateau, but go to the right, it's in the cliff.
I see you know where Rock Plate and Iron Plate are. I suspect Zap Plate of being near the Windworks (On the other side from the grass) and Draco Plate being near Draco Meteor move tutors home. I have neither Rock Climb nor Surf, so I cannot check myself. Sky Plate is said by my Nintendo Power Guide guide to be hidden near the Pokemon League, and as I do not have Waterfall, I cannot verify that either.
Howver, I have suggested several places for Plates to be, so we who can might start searching. I will try to get to these locations ASAP, BTW.

Anyways, go to Bulbapedia, search for Plates, and all the locations are there. Something I've noticed no one else yet having problems with in this topic is the Incenses for breeding, while I have found some on my own, I can't find the rest.
I found the Full Incense by using Rock Climb on the wall to the right of the Veilstone City Gym. Rose Incense by going on Route 212 and using Surf on a pond in the vertical side on the left that you can either walk to or Cut to. Sea Incense by going onto Route 204 and using Surf on the bottom left pond, and Luck Incense by going into the cave on 204 and using a combination of Surf and Rock Smash on the left path in there through a mini maze to get to it.
Care to help with the rest and possibly compile them in a list in this topic and FAQ if you haven't already? I checked Bulbapedia and GameFAQs but not much more luck on ones aside from those I have obtained.

Okay then. I've updated the FAQ with a lot more stuff. I now have all the plate locations (thanks to Jonah and Bulbapedia) and the remaining incense locations, as well as various key items and other things I was missing (thanks to Marriland). I'm calling this version 0.7 of my FAQ. I'm one step closer to completion, lol.
Next up is to find out where to get the remaining berries (I hear rumors about pal park rewards), Pokeball seals, and other locations of items I haven't logged yet.
Feel free to add in any juicy tidbits you have for me. If I use your information, I'll credit you.

I mean, err... The Official Help Thread for D/P could be at least 1/4 shorter when some people searched it in your Guide. :/
I used to refer to it a lot, but I've given up now. xD Most people want an answer right away; they don't want to have to do their own digging; else they wouldn't have asked.
I figure I'LL refer to it. That's something, at least.
