I cant beat the Relgem tower's first few people i got there shadows i just cant beat them, I need to know what pokemon to use for it and any tips> thanks in advance

Ok, for the first person with the Miltank, try and use Fighting attacks since she uses the Normal type. However, her Normal types have Flying and Psychic attacks, so use a non-fighting type with Brick Break.
The second person with Absol battles uses Dark types. Fighting and Bug types are the way to go. But whatever you do, don't use an Electric type against his Sharpedo, as it knows Earthquake.
The third person with Houndoom uses Fire types. Just take 'em out with Water types, but be careful with Houndoom. It has weak defenses.
The fourth person with Tropius uses dual types, all of which are part Grass. For Cradily, try and take it down with Toxic. When his Tropius hits the field, withdraw and Grass, Fighting, or Bug types you may be using.
For Nascour, Ground and Dark types work best.
And finally, Evice. When his Slaking hits the field, put it to Sleep, or it'll use Skill Swap to get rid of it's Truant ability. Ice and Fire attacks take out Salamence and Scizor.
Put all Shadow Pokemon to sleep.
