Mantine all the way!! Murkrow's cool in my opinion, too, but I'm more into the water or ghost. Dark is a close second though. Also, Murkrow's stats aren't exactly perfect either. Mantine's stats are much better all around, and also gets the gorund-immunization as well, so Murkrow has nothing on it.
