It's Dracozolt!

Competitive...kinda
Yay! I finally get a chance to talk about my favorite FrankenFossil. While the other new fossils look like they are in constant pain and want to be put out of their misery for being horrendous patchwork monsters, Dracozolt is just happy to be alive:

Sure it may not be as horrendously overpowered as its brother Dracovish, but Dracozolt I still think is OP just within reason, and is hands down the best Electric type released this generation.

Hustle and Muscle
Ability: Hustle
Item: Life Orb
Nature: Jolly
EVs: (HP 4) (Attack 252) (Speed 252)

Moves:
Bolt Beak
Dragon Claw
Earthquake/Low Kick
Aerial Ace

Set Details:
Dracovish's Fishious Rend is OP no thanks to moving faster (170 base power), Strong Jaw (1.5x), and STAB (1.5x). But Dracozolt has its own equivalent STAB attack that also gets a significant boost in Beak Bolt which is also (170 base power), Hustle (1.5x), and STAB (1.5x). Not quite as wide a coverage with an Electric attack, and the accuracy drop from Hustle is always a risk, but plenty of offensive threats run Stone Edge and Hydro Pump which have the same miss ratio. Dragon Claw offers secondary STAB coverage and synergizes well with Beak Bolt's coverage, and Earthquake offers super-effective coverage against a variety of threats. Although, Low Kick is worth a mention for handling heavy threats, and thanks to Dynamaxing making all attacks 100% accurate while turning Low Kick into an attack boosting move, it's all the more reason to consider using it. On that same note, Aerial Ace becomes a speed boosting move while D-Maxed which is a necessity to make sure Beak Bolt always hits with double the base power, not to mention the 200% hit rate of Aerial Ace can save you in a tight spot when you need to pick off a weakened opponent and cannot afford to miss when outside of D-Max. Life Orb boosts your damage output even further, and unlike Dracovish and its choice items, allows you to swap between attacks. A Jolly nature ensures Dracozolt is as fast as Pokemonly possible, and all EVs are dumped into speed and attack.

So if you need a cool-looking bruiser that can match Dracovish in power but isn't at risk of being possibly banned in the future, look no further than Dracozolt:

Wandering Battler
Poor Dracozolt, born into existence as the result of one Cara Liss this chimeric dinosaur must live with a horribly lopsided body that should have its internal organs exposed... And as it stands, it still got off best out of all of the Galarian Fossils.

Reckless Abandon
Dracozolt
Ability: Hustle
Item: Blunder Policy
-Bolt Beak
-Dragon Claw
-Earthquake
-Substitute/Bulldoze/Fire Fang
Nature: Adamant (+ATK, -SATK)
EVs: 252 ATK/252 SPE/4 HP

Dracozolt may have an odd and overall unimpressive stat distribution, but the sheer power of Bolt Beak + Hustle cannot be underestimated.

252+ Atk Hustle Dracozolt Bolt Beak (170 BP) vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Corviknight: 728-858 (182 - 214.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ Atk Hustle Dracozolt Bolt Beak (170 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Toxapex: 408-480 (134.2 - 157.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ Atk Hustle Dracozolt Bolt Beak (170 BP) vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Aegislash-Shield: 283-334 (108.4 - 127.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ Atk Hustle Dracozolt Bolt Beak (170 BP) vs. 252 HP / 160 Def Mandibuzz: 626-740 (147.6 - 174.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Admittedly, it helps that most walls are weak to Electric. And for the walls that are resistant/immune to Electric:

252+ Atk Hustle Dracozolt Dragon Claw vs. 252 HP / 200+ Def Kommo-o: 230-272 (64.9 - 76.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252+ Atk Hustle Dracozolt Fire Fang vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Ferrothorn: 232-276 (65.9 - 78.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252+ Atk Hustle Dracozolt Dragon Claw vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Hippowdon: 115-136 (27.3 - 32.3%) -- 7.3% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
252+ Atk Hustle Dracozolt Dragon Claw vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Seismitoad: 156-184 (37.6 - 44.4%) -- 4.7% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

As such, Dracozolt is much like Dracovish, incredibly reliant on its signature move, but when you are going up against anything that resists it (that isn't Dragon, cause STAB Dragon Claw still OHKOs anything aside from Kommo-o and Kyurem [who still dies 93% of the time]). As such Dracozolt makes a fantastic Wallbreaker almost on par with its brethren Dracovish.

Hustle's accuracy drop is unfortunate, but can be taken to Dracozolt's Advantage with Blunder Policy, which gives Dracozolt an agility when it misses, which means Bolt Beak gets a power boost against most targets, and at +2 Speed Dracozolt will outspeed a Positive max speed Dragapult (253 vs 251 at lvl 50) making counter play much more difficult.

As for the rest of the moveset, Dragon Claw is secondary STAB that dispatches Electric resistant Dragons, and Earthquake hits select targets that the STABs miss. Final move is up to preference. Substitute gives Dracozolt some breathing room despite Hustle and protects against Status attempts from the Walls it is sent to dispatch. Bulldoze offers alternate speed control if Blunder Policy was knocked off or the boost was phazed, and Fire Fang hits Ferrothorn.

Preferred Partners

Dracozolt likes allies who can dispatch the Ground types that trouble it so. Ferrothorn and Cloyster make excellent pivots for Dracozolt, both not sharing any weaknesses and able to maim if not OHKO opposing ground types. Seismitoad is another option, not sharing any weaknesses with Dracozolt aside from Freeze-Dry, but is less bulky than the aforementioned for switching in. Dracozolt works great on Sticky Web teams, loving the speed drop from the Web for Bolt Beak (but being redundant with Galvantula and competing with Dracovish hurts). Other more offensive allies may be preferred for pre-emptively removing Ground types so Dracozolt can wall break in peace.
