I like Celebi as a dedicated lead or pivot this generation. U-Turn, rocks, natural cure, and a lot of supportive utility moves. Especially now that pursuit isn't a thing any more.
It has a lot of weaknesses, but some good resistances too, so it can keep the game's momentum in your favour, if you're good at thinking two moves ahead.

Celebi has access to Leaf Blade (for some reason), which has higher Base Power than Seed Bomb without sacrificing any accuracy. So, use that instead.
