It's Mr. Rime!

Mestorn

Wandering Battler
Mr. Mime of all Pokémon getting a Galarian varient and an Evolution? The Pokémon fandom's minds exploded the day that was revealed. However, as Psychic Ice type Mr. Rime falls into the same trap as so many Ice types, having a slow speed and above average defenses on an horrible defensive typing, even losing Speed when evolving from Mr. Mime-G. That alone would consign Mr. Rime to the depths of obscurity but it gets worse. Screen Cleaner wiping away both sides Screens prevents Mr. Rime from even having that niche (which its pre Evolutions are famous for), as that function is also performed by the ever popular Defog.

Mr. Rime does have a few things going for it. While it is a horrible type defensively, it is still better than Mr. Mime defensively on virtue of having nearly double the Base HP, so it doesn't fold like a wet paper bag to every physical move. Additionally, since it is the variant of a Generation 1 Pokémon, it still takes advantage of several generations of moveset buffs granted to its family, getting a rather expansive movepool.

Planned Pratfall
Mr. Rime
Ability
: Ice Body
Item: Blunder Policy
-Hypnosis
-Nasty Plot
-Ice Beam
-Thunderbolt
Nature: Timid (+SPE, -ATK)
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SATK / 252 SPE

Pseudo Double Dance set. Hypnosis is used for proccing Blunder Policy if it misses or setting up Nasty Plot if it hits, enabling Mr Rime to go to town with the BoltBeam combo. BoltBeam is being used as Mr. Rime's normal STABs are walled by Steel types. Ice Body is ability of choice for synergy with Max Hailstorm, though Screen Cleaner is a viable option to prevent sweeps from being stopped by screens. Nature and EVs are standard Sweeper Array, with Timid Nature due to low vanilla base Speed.

As far as I know, you cannot have a Mr. Rime with Toxic. You would have to bring over a Mime Jr. from a previous generation. Since it wasn’t from Sw/Sh, it will not evolve into its Galarian form.

Det. Viper

That’s Detective Viper to you

Transfer a Mime Jr that knows Toxic into the Galar games and it will evolve into the Galarian form and evolve that into Mr. Rime.
