It's Garbodor

Mestorn

Wandering Battler
Garbodor has an interesting history in generation 8. While originally introduced as a forgettable Gen 5 pokémon (except when people are bashing Gen 5 designs), Garbodor was thrust into the limelight in Generation 8 as the Ace of Macro Cosmos exec Olivia with its own Gigantamax form. But in this case, one person's garbage is still garbage. Garbodor has decent 80/82/82 bulk and 95 Attack while speed isn't so bad at Base 75, but that's just it. Garbodor's stats are painfully average for the most part bar HP which even then isn't too impressive.

While Garbodor's movepool is impressive, getting a good deal of support moves (Toxic, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Haze, Clear Smog, Corrosive Gas) as well as an impressive amount of coverage, its stats don't back that up. Its Gigantamax form is a huge letdown. Considering how much weaker Poison is to Toxic and vanilla Max Ooze's Special Attack Boost, you'd think they would patch up G-Max Malador's power to be in line with other Max Moves, but nope. (Max Ooze and Max Knuckle have considerably lower Base Power to prevent escalating issues -which is generally agreed to be the correct move, but they should have hit Max Airstream with that as well). As such Garbodor is saddled with one of the weakest G-Max Moves in the game.

Garbodor
Ability
: Aftermath
Item Attached: Rocky Helmet
-Spikes
-Toxic Spikes
-Pain Split
-Haze/Clear Smog/Corrosive Gas
Nature: Bold (+DEF, -ATK)
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 DEF / 4 SDEF

Support Garbodor leaves itself everywhere in the form of entry hazards. Setup Spikes and Toxic Spikes and let more offensive teammates capitalize on reaching for KOs they would have missed otherwise. Pain Split keeps Garbodor healthy so it can re-establish Entry Hazards. Last move is up to preference. Haze and Clear Smog are a deterrent to prevent Garbodor from being setup fodder, while Corrosive Gas punishes Defoggers/Rapid Spinners by stripping them of their Heavy Duty Boots.

Ability and Item are to make attacking Garbodor as painful as possible. Its typing is decent against most contact moves, so it can reliably rack up damage and preserve momentum on the switch in.

Other Options
Curse -Garbodor's best boosting move, but it doesn't have the Special Defense and reliable recovery to truly abuse Curse.

Competitive...kinda
Yeah, kinda hard to make a fun set with this literal pile of trash. Though I suppose I am fortunate enough to at least own a shiny version of one.
